Products are shipped directly from our brand via a tracked, contactless delivery service. We use Fan Courier Moldova. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with all delivery and tracking information.

FREE DELIVERY IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA: 1–3 business days.
Orders are prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.

For customers within the Republic of Moldova, the price displayed at checkout includes all legally required sales taxes. Buyers are not responsible for any additional fees.
Important: All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by mishandling on the part of the courier service. However, we will be happy to contact the delivery company on your behalf to request compensation and provide any necessary information and documentation.
