Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy from the moment you receive your item, which means you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: returns must be sent to the following address:
Republic of Moldova, Chișinău, Tighina Street 12, MD-2001.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please contact us via email before sending any item back.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us, request a refund, and return the item.
Detailed return address information will be included in your package. If you lose it, just contact us and we’ll assist you.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for return.
If you are unsure about sizing before purchasing, feel free to send us your measurements – we will help you choose the correct size.
Once we receive the returned item(s), the refund will be issued to your bank account within 14 days after you provide us with your banking details.
If you paid by cash on delivery, refunds can only be issued by bank transfer, or in cash if you visit our store in person at:
M. Eminescu Street 39, Chișinău.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Changed your mind? No problem – we may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to check.
If you want to return an item due to an error on our part or because the item is defective or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We will open an individual case and inform you of the next steps. Once we receive the item, the Julia Allert team will inspect it and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item.
Damaged Items or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
